I sun-dried tomatoes in oil cultivated in our lands, were born out of the need to be able to preserve a unique product, which is available in abundance during the summer: the best tomatoes are left to dry in the sun in the tradition of our grandparents, so that they can be preserved together with our extra virgin olive oil.
Our sun-dried tomatoes can be enjoyed with a tasty aperitif, on a tasty appetiser, on focaccia or pizza, but also on rice or pasta dishes and on fish main courses. Try it with burrata cheese and a little oregano: you can enjoy all the fragrance and flavour of our Sicilian land in one dish.
